PU Rollers
PU (Polyurethane) Rollers are a more lightweight and durable option compared to rubber. We have been developing these rollers for around 10 years in close association with our customers.
Standard bolt sizes are 12,16,20,24mm, other sizes available on request.

RO Type Rollers - Polyurethane
RO Type Rollers are 73mm wide to cover the full width of the belting of the web and are fitted with a cap to protect the head of the bolt which sits in a recess of the roller.

RA Type Rollers - Polyurethane
RA Type Rollers are a narrower version of the RO Type, designed with a maximum width of 60mm so if the web has flights or other attachments they won't foul on the roller.

PO Type Rollers - Polyurethane
PO & PS Type Rollers are a lightweight roller. The PS Type is made with a single bearing for lighter duties at reduced cost. Fitted with a cap to protect the head of the bolt which sits in a recess of the roller.
