Benefits of K-Type Flexi Joints

Our K-Type joiners were again designed by our own experienced engineers and are a great choice for Harvester webs.

Our K-Type Flexi joints are similar to our standard K-Type joints, except the Flexi joint was designed specifically for use on webs that do not run on sprockets.

Like our K-Type joints, our Flexi joints offer excellent pull strength and wear-resistance, as well as being incredibly flexible.

The Flexi joint works particularly well on Multi-Drive set-ups by allowing the middle hinge / hinges to move independently to the outer hinges.

The construction of the Flexi joint allows for added flex, as the bar that fits under the hinge is in two halves, which fit into the Flexi dumbbell in the middle of the web.

A bolt-on style hinge sits atop the joint bar, making them easy to swap out. Hinges can be fitted whilst the web is still on the machine.

The way the K-Type Flexi hinge is fixed to the belt creates unparalleled pull strength.
