Roger started the company in 1973 after leaving a career in development engineering with ICI after an encounter with a local farmer despairing over the availability and poor quality of root crop webs. Now well beyond retirement age, Roger continues to play an active role on the ground floor of the company, avoiding paperwork and bureaucracy wherever possible!

| Chris Guyll |

Joined the company in 1995 from Barclays bank. Originally working under George in the sales office, Chris quickly developed an interest and flair for new developments and has established a new range of moulded polyurethane rollers, which continues to expand with every season. In addition to his primary responsibility for the polyurethane department, Chris also deals with import, export and customer relations.

The longest serving member of Hall staff, Kevin (Kev) joined the company in 1982 in his early 20’s from a job as a mechanic. Kev has been in involved in the manufacturing development of webs and has vast specialist knowledge of the technical specifications required from a web to perform a given task.

Worked for the company for 5 years since leaving school. Mark was hired in 1999 to work in production, training under Kevin, Mark also deals with all purchase ordering and stock control.
